We proudly deliver to mainland UK, bringing our handcrafted products straight to your door.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Every item in our store is lovingly hand made to order — because quality takes time, and your guinea pig deserves the best! Here's what to expect:

1) Crafting Time: Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made (unless a shorter timeframe is shown on our website banner).
2) Delivery Time:
   • UK Mainland: 3–4 working days
   • Isle of Man: 2–11 working days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), with a cut-off time of 12:00 PM GMT. Order before noon and we'll get to work on it that same day!

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

ORDER & ADDRESS CHANGES

Because we begin crafting your order right away, changes or cancellations may not always be possible after purchase. If you need to make an amendment, please contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't quite right, please get in touch with us straight away and we'll make it right — fast.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGE?

We've got you covered. In the rare event that your package is lost or can't be delivered, we'll send a replacement promptly — no fuss, no hassle.
